What we collect

When you use the "Start with a quick call" or "Book a 20-minute call" links on this site, you're taken to a Google Form hosted by Google. That form collects your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of what you're looking for. We do not collect any personal information directly on this website itself — this site contains no forms of its own.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your information is stored

Information submitted through our intake form is stored in Google Sheets and accessed through our business Google account. Email communication is handled through Google Workspace and a connected business email service (Titan Email). These are third-party providers with their own privacy and security practices.

Cookies and third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers when the page loads. If you choose to accept analytics on the cookie banner, this site also uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and clicks on our booking, phone, and email links. Your rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and request that we stop using or delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records. We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.
