Diagnostic Audit
The Diagnostic Audit is a one-time, fixed-price deliverable. Because work begins immediately upon booking, payments for the Diagnostic Audit are non-refundable once the audit process has started.
Foundation Sprint
The Foundation Sprint requires a deposit to book, with the remaining balance due at handoff.
- If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain or hosting fees).
- Once work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable, reflecting the time and resources already committed to your project.
- If the agreed scope isn't delivered, we'll work with you to resolve it — including a partial refund where appropriate — before any dispute process is needed.
The Retainer
The Retainer is billed monthly with a minimum commitment period, as stated at signup. Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, but you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
