Who this applies to

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services booked through it, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], operating as EventProCoach, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Our services

EventProCoach offers three service tiers, described in full on our homepage: the Diagnostic Audit, the Foundation Sprint, and the ongoing Retainer. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are confirmed directly with the client before work begins, typically through a separate written agreement or invoice.

No guaranteed results

While we bring real experience and a structured process to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes — including revenue increases, lead volume, or conversion rates — as these depend on many factors outside our control. Our commitment is to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work to a professional standard.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. For the Foundation Sprint, our standard structure is a deposit due at booking and the remainder due at handoff, as communicated directly with each client. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, and photography — is the property of EventProCoach unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables created as part of a paid engagement (e.g., a client's website) become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventProCoach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
